What if i don't receive my order?

We guarantee you will receive your order within a reasonable time based on selected delivery method. If your order is lost during transit, we offer FULL REFUND or a RESHIPMENT as compensation.

This compensation does not apply when you didn't receive your order due to misdelivery (incomplete address or failed to collect your parcel after first delivery attempt).

My shipping address is wrong, how do i change it?

Changing delivery address of an order is possible within 24 hours after an order is placed. Please contact our Customer Care.

Misdelivery or Package return to sender?

We hold no responsibility for parcels that are misdelivery or return to us due to either:

1/ Incomplete shipping address

2/ You failed to collect your parcel from the post office after first delivery attempt

IF YOUR PARCEL IS RETURNED

Returned parcels can be resent once we received and confirmed that items are free of any damages. We will contact you to arrange reshipment and a shipping fee will be charged based on selected delivery method.

How to Wear & Clean Contact Lenses

Contact lenses can be a great alternative to wearing glasses all the time, but like any product, you need to take proper care of them in order for them to last as long as possible. If you don't know what's the best way to clean and care for your lenses, here are some tips that might come in handy!

Here's an easy 3-step routine for cleaning and wearing for your contact lenses.

STEP 1 : WASH YOUR HAND

First, wash your hands with soap and water, then dry them on a lint-free towel. Be sure that you don't use a lotion or perfume on your hands, as these can leave a film on your contact lenses.

STEP 2: CLEAN YOUR CONTACTS

To clean your contact lenses, put the contact in the palm of your hand and add a few drops of preservative-free saline solution or multipurpose disinfecting solution. Gently rub the lens with your finger, making sure to avoid touching the lens with your nails. This rubbing action will remove any protein buildup on the lens as well as most bacteria.

Important - If you store your contact lenses in a case for more than seven days, you should disinfect them again.

Important - Never top up old solution, use fresh solution every time you clean them.

STEP 3: PUT IN YOUR CONTACTS

Before you put your contacts in, rinse them with a preservative-free saline solution or multipurpose solution. Take this step to ensure your contact lenses are as clean as possible and rinse away disinfectant that left behind so you won't experiences discomfort when wearing it.

HOW TO WEAR: Look in the mirror and hold your upper and lower eyelids open with the hand not holding the lens. Look in front of you and place the lens in your eye. Close your eye slowly and blink or press gently on the eyelid to settle the lens in place.

Important - If you wear makeup, remember to put on your makeup after putting your lenses in.

Important - Replace your contact case every three months to help keep your contacts clean and safe.
